Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 12 slices tomato
  • 4 pickles cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (jar)
  • 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
  • 4 pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo, dijon, and horseradish. Spread the mixture on the buns. Top buns with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with corn chips and pickles on the side.
