Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
Instructions
- Toast the bread. In a bowl mix together the mayo and chipotle sauce. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
- Layer the bread with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, spinach, roast beef, onion, and brie. Cut in half and serve with pickles and corn chips.
