Instructions
Toast the bread. In a bowl mix together the mayo and chipotle sauce. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
Layer the bread with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, spinach, roast beef, onion, and brie. Cut in half and serve with pickles and corn chips.
