Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 1 Pears sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips Fritos or comparable brand
Instructions
- Toast the bread. In a bowl mix together the mayo, garlic, and chives. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
- Layer the bread with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, brie and pear slices. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
