Roast Beef Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 Pears sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips Fritos or comparable brand

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. In a bowl mix together the mayo, garlic, and chives. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
  • Layer the bread with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, brie and pear slices. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
