Roast Beef Brie Sandwich

- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 1 Pears sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips Fritos or comparable brand
Toast the bread. In a bowl mix together the mayo, garlic, and chives. Spread the mayo onto the bread.
Layer the bread with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, brie and pear slices. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
