Ingredients
- 8 oz Turkey Sausage Links
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Lemon zest or more if needed
- 2 large Naan bread
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 tsp Pine nuts
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- Arugula garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the sausage on a foil lined baking sheet to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer. Turning over halfway through cooking. Set aside on a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin.
- In a bowl mix the ricotta, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture onto the naan. Top with tomato slices and pine nuts, drizzle with 1/3 of the oil. Place on a foil lined baking sheet into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Place the sausage slices on and bake for 3 to 4 minutes more.
- Cut into wedges, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with arugula.
