Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 4 tbsp Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer; whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. The cream can also be whipped by hand with a wire whip in a bowl.
- Spoon the whipped cream over the raspberries and top with sliced almonds.
