Raspberries & Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • 4 tbsp Sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer; whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. The cream can also be whipped by hand with a wire whip in a bowl.
  • Spoon the whipped cream over the raspberries and top with sliced almonds.
