Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 8 tbsp Protein powder vanilla
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Adjust any of the spices and maple syrup to taste. Garnish with cinnamon.
