Ingredients
- 15 oz Pumpkin puree
 - 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
 - 2 Eggs
 - 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
 - ½ tsp Ground ginger
 - ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
 - ½ tsp Salt
 - 1 9 inch Pie Crust
 - 1/4 cup Heavy cream
 - 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour into the crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
 - Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Then cut into portions.
 - Whisk the heavy cream and vanilla in a bowl until it becomes stiff.
 - Place a dollop of whipped cream on each pie slice before serving.
