Ingredients

Panini

  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 TBSP Shallot minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Long rolls split in half
  • 8 oz Prosciutto sliced
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced thin (use more if needed to cover the sandwich)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes sliced into strips
  • 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Preheat a panini style grill.
  • Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, shallots, and oregano in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Drizzle the inside of both halves of the roll with oil vinegar mixture, and layer with prosciutto, mozzarella seasoned with salt and pepper, arugula, and sun dried tomatoes.
  • Place the sandwich on the panini grill and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  • To serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
