Ingredients
Panini
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 TBSP Shallot minced
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Long rolls split in half
- 8 oz Prosciutto sliced
- 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced thin (use more if needed to cover the sandwich)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cups Arugula
- 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes sliced into strips
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
- Preheat a panini style grill.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, shallots, and oregano in a bowl until fully combined.
- Drizzle the inside of both halves of the roll with oil vinegar mixture, and layer with prosciutto, mozzarella seasoned with salt and pepper, arugula, and sun dried tomatoes.
- Place the sandwich on the panini grill and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- To serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
