Ingredients

  • 1/4 Pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 Jalapeño pepper seeds and ribs removed finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Add the lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt, and stir to combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
