  • 2 cups Pineapple chopped
  • 2 cups Coconut milk more if needed
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened shredded coconut plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Add banana, pineapple, and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large glass and garnish with coconut flakes.
