Ingredients

Pigs in a Blanket

  • 4 All beef hot dogs cut into 1 inch long pieces
  • 1/4 sheet Puff pastry cut into strips about 3/4 inch wide by 2 inches long (use more puff pastry if needed)
  • 4 TBSP Mustard

Fruit Salad

  • 2 cups Fruit Salad Mix of your favorite fruits example: cantaloupe, honey dew, grapes, pineapple. Store bought fruit salad or cut your own if desired.

Kombucha

  • 24 oz Kombucha

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (190°C).
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Wrap each piece of hotdog with a puff pastry strip. Crimp it shut with your fingers so it doesn't unravel while baking. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet seem side down.
  • Cook in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
  • If cutting your own fruit for fruit salad, mix it together in a bowl.
  • Serve pigs in the blanket with mustard, fruit salad, and kombucha.
