Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 Peach peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
TOPPING
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a nonstick pan melt the butter. Add in the peaches, brown sugar, salt, cardamom, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and cook until the peaches start to soften and the liquid is a deep golden brown. Remove from heat and place into ramekins or a small baking vessel.
- Place the topping ingredients in a bowl. Mix until clumps form, like wet sand. Spread evenly over the peaches.
- Bake in the oven until the topping is a dark golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool for about 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
