Ingredients
- 2 large Peaches ripe (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 cup Coconut milk or your choice of milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground ginger
Instructions
- Slice peaches in half and remove the stone. (You can use a knife or a spoon to scoop out the pit). Slice the strawberries and banana.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass or to go cup.
