Peach Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large Peaches ripe (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Coconut milk or your choice of milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground ginger

Instructions

  • Slice peaches in half and remove the stone. (You can use a knife or a spoon to scoop out the pit). Slice the strawberries and banana.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass or to go cup.
