Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Rye bread toasted
- 4 TBSP Yellow mustard use your preferred amount
- 8 oz Deli pastrami sliced thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Cherry Lime Spritzer
- 16 oz Sparkling water cold
- 8 oz Cherry juice cold
- 2 tsp Grenadine syrup use to taste
- 2 wedges Lime
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above. Toast the bread.
- Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with pastrami and cheese.
- Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer. Add grenadine to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and spritzer.
