Pastrami Sandwich

Sandwich
- 4 slices Rye bread toasted
- 4 TBSP Yellow mustard use your preferred amount
- 8 oz Deli pastrami sliced thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Cherry Lime Spritzer
- 16 oz Sparkling water cold
- 8 oz Cherry juice cold
- 2 tsp Grenadine syrup use to taste
- 2 wedges Lime
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above. Toast the bread.
Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with pastrami and cheese.
Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer. Add grenadine to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and spritzer.
