Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Rye bread toasted
  • 4 TBSP Yellow mustard use your preferred amount
  • 8 oz Deli pastrami sliced thin
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Cherry Lime Spritzer

  • 16 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 8 oz Cherry juice cold
  • 2 tsp Grenadine syrup use to taste
  • 2 wedges Lime

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above. Toast the bread.
  • Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with pastrami and cheese.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer. Add grenadine to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and spritzer.
