Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice with cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
  • Remove from the heat. Stir in butter and cheese and let the rice sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
