Parmesan Rice

- 3/4 cup Basmati rice
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
Rinse the rice with cold water and drain thoroughly.
Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
Remove from the heat. Stir in butter and cheese and let the rice sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
