Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Asparagus bottom 2 inches removed
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven, about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with parmesan halfway through and continue cooking until tender. Serve.
