Ingredients
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Milk may not need it all
- nonstick spray
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Whisk in the egg, vanilla, and slowly whisk in the milk a little at a time (may not need all of it) until there are no lumps and a thick batter forms.
- Heat a large nonstick pan or skillet over medium heat, and grease lightly with nonstick spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter into the pan.
- Once bubbles start to appear on the top flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
