Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olives minced (a mix of olives; green, kalamata, cured black olives or your preference)
  • 2 tbsp Artichoke hearts minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Gruyere cheese sliced
  • 1 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Combine olives, artichoke, oil, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the ciabatta with spring mix, tomato, turkey, olive mixture, and cheese. Cut in half, serve with chips and pickle.
