Ingredients
- 2 Sandwich Rolls
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- 2 tsp Cherry pepper sandwich spread use as desired
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Deli ham
- 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
- 2 slices Monterey jack cheese
- 1 Pickles cut into rounds
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the roll if desired. Then spread hummus onto the bottom half and the cherry pepper spread onto the top half.
- Layer with spinach, tomato, ham, onion, cheese.
- Cut in half. Serve with pickles and chips.
