Monterey Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Sandwich Rolls
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 2 tsp Cherry pepper sandwich spread use as desired
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Deli ham
  • 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
  • 2 slices Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 Pickles cut into rounds
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the roll if desired. Then spread hummus onto the bottom half and the cherry pepper spread onto the top half.
  • Layer with spinach, tomato, ham, onion, cheese.
  • Cut in half. Serve with pickles and chips.
