Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 4 slices Naan Sandwich Rounds
- 1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 6 Grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 1 oz Tortilla chips
Chipotle Aioli
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Chipotle Sauce use more or less to taste
- 1/4 tsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.Alternatively, use a nonstick pan on medium heat with a lid.
- For the aioli: Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients as needed. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix the beef, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and salt. Then form into equal patties to fit the size of the naan.
- Heat a saute pan on medium heat. Brown the beef on both sides about 2 minutes per side. Then remove from the heat.
- Layer the naan with cheese, beef, tomato, avocado, seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook on the panini grill (or in a non stick pan) until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Cut in half and serve with tortilla chips and aioli.
