Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn defrosted in warm water and drained
- 1/2 cup Red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Green bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
Instructions
- Mix together the corn, beans, pepper, onion, lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chili powder over top then serve.
