Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn defrosted in warm water and drained
  • 1/2 cup Red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder

Instructions

  • Mix together the corn, beans, pepper, onion, lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and chili powder over top then serve.
