Ingredients

  • 1 cups Tomato cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 tsp Red onion shaved
  • 1 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley lightly chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until ready to serve.
