- 2 tbsp Red bell pepper diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Jalapeño pepper seeds and ribs removed finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Add the lime juice, honey, and season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve with chips.
