Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mangos peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño pepper seeds and ribs removed finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Add the lime juice, honey, and season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve with chips.
