Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper chopped small
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Cook the orzo according to the direction on the package. Once cooked drain well.
  • Mix the orzo with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
