Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Red bell pepper chopped small
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Cook the orzo according to the direction on the package. Once cooked drain well.
- Mix the orzo with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
