Ingredients
- 1 lb Sirloin steaks sliced
- 4 Wooden skewers
- 4 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- Fresh parsley garnish
- 4 Dinner rolls buttered if desired
Marinade
- 3 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Scallions chopped
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin squares about 1 inch by 1 inch long.
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the beef and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes, or longer if desired.
- Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
- Thread the beef slices onto wooden skewers. Cook on the grill about 3 minutes per side getting a nice char all over.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with bread.
