Instructions
Slice the beef into thin squares about 1 inch by 1 inch long.
Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the beef and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes, or longer if desired.
Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
Thread the beef slices onto wooden skewers. Cook on the grill about 3 minutes per side getting a nice char all over.
Drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with bread.
