Korean BBQ Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin steaks sliced
  • 4 Wooden skewers
  • 4 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • Fresh parsley garnish
  • 4 Dinner rolls buttered if desired

Marinade

  • 3 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Scallions chopped

Instructions

  • Slice the beef into thin squares about 1 inch by 1 inch long.
  • Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the beef and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes, or longer if desired.
  • Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
  • Thread the beef slices onto wooden skewers. Cook on the grill about 3 minutes per side getting a nice char all over.
  • Drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with bread.
