Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale chopped
  • 4 tsp Macadamia nuts chopped
  • 4 tsp Dried cherries
  • 4 tsp Crumbled blue cheese

Dressing

  • 3 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Pull the kale leaves off from the stems and discard the stems. Chop the kale into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together and toss the kale with dressing. Let sit.
  • Top with nuts, cherries, and blue cheese before serving.
