Kale Macadamia Salad

- 4 cups Kale chopped
- 4 tsp Macadamia nuts chopped
- 4 tsp Dried cherries
- 4 tsp Crumbled blue cheese
Dressing
- 3 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Honey
Pull the kale leaves off from the stems and discard the stems. Chop the kale into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together and toss the kale with dressing. Let sit.
Top with nuts, cherries, and blue cheese before serving.
