Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 tbsp Whipped cream cheese
- 8 slices Sourdough bread
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese halved
- 2 Jalapeño pepper sliced into thin rings
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- ** If using bacon. Cook on both sides until crispy (or to your liking). Set aside on paper towels.
- Spread the cream cheese one of the slices of bread. Layer with jalapeno, (bacon if using), cheddar cheese, and the other slice of bread. Repeat for other sandwiches.
- Cook on the panini grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively, Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with nonstick spray, place the sandwiches in the pan (in batches if needed). Cover with a lid and cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty.
- Cut in half and serve with pickle.
