Ingredients
Crunchy Relish
- 4 TBSP Sweet relish
- 2 TBSP Celery chopped small
- 2 TBSP Red onion minced
- 1 TBSP Jalapeño pepper minced (optional)
Hot Dogs
- 4 All beef hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- In a bowl mix the relish and celery.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
- Grill the hot dogs until golden brown and nicely charred on all sides.
- Assemble the hot dogs: Place the hotdogs on the rolls. Top them with crunchy relish, mustard, onion, and jalapeño (if using).
- Serve the hot dogs with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
