Ingredients
- 4 All beef hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 2 cups Sauerkraut drained
- 2 oz Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 4 tsp Red onion diced small
- 4 tsp Relish
- Whole grain mustard optional
- Ketchup optional
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Place the hotdogs on a foil-lined baking sheet and place under the broiler for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Place the hotdog on the bun, top with sauerkraut, cheese, and onion. Place back under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
- Top with relish and mustard or your choice of condiment. Serve with chips and pickle.
