- 4 All beef hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 2 cups Sauerkraut drained
- 2 oz Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 4 tsp Red onion diced small
- 4 tsp Relish
- Whole grain mustard optional
- Ketchup optional
- 4 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles halved
Preheat the oven broiler on low.
Place the hotdogs on a foil-lined baking sheet and place under the broiler for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Place the hotdog on the bun, top with sauerkraut, cheese, and onion. Place back under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
Top with relish and mustard or your choice of condiment. Serve with chips and pickle.
