Ingredients
Honey Barbecue Chicken Wrap
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless boneless skinless
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 2 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Red onion diced
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch-long sticks
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the oil to the skillet and cook the chicken breasts on both sides to an internal temperature of 160℉ (71℃). Once chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce and honey.
- Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet on medium heat for about 20 - 30 seconds on each side.
- Divide shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion evenly between the tortillas. Arrange sliced chicken and cheese on top. Drizzle the honey barbecue sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form wraps. Cut each wrap in half.
- Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
- Serve the wrap with celery, ranch, and homemade lemonade.
