Ingredients

Honey Barbecue Chicken Wrap

  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless boneless skinless
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 2 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch-long sticks
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Add the oil to the skillet and cook the chicken breasts on both sides to an internal temperature of 160℉ (71℃). Once chicken is cooked, remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • While chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce and honey.
  • Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet on medium heat for about 20 - 30 seconds on each side.
  • Divide shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion evenly between the tortillas. Arrange sliced chicken and cheese on top. Drizzle the honey barbecue sauce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form wraps. Cut each wrap in half.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the wrap with celery, ranch, and homemade lemonade.
