Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes peeled and cut into small bite siced chunks
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Fresh marjoram minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme minced
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat, add the potatoes then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until a fork easily slides in and out with little resistance, about 5 to 8 minutes. Then drain well.
- Toss the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
