Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger peeled and minced
- 1 pound Sirloin steaks cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 2 cups Pineapple cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Green bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
- 1/2 Red onion cut into 1 inch squares
- 8 Mushrooms halved
Instructions
- Preheat a grill on medium heat or the oven broiler on high.
- Mix the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and add in the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
- Thread the steak, pineapple, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill or broil the skewers, turning every 2 - 3 minutes until the vegetables are soft and everything has a nice char. Using a thermometer cook to your desire temperature of the meat (see below). Then serve.

Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
