Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • slices Fresh mozzarella sliced thin
  • 1 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Spread the mustard on both halves of the roll.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and a pickle.
