Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 4 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- slices Fresh mozzarella sliced thin
- 1 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Spread the mustard on both halves of the roll.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and a pickle.
