Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Swiss cheese halved
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mustard on each slice.
- Layer with spring mix, ham, tomato and season with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
