Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Pesto sauce
  • 4 slices Naan Sandwich Rounds
  • 2 slices Fresh mozzarella halved
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 2 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl mix the mayo and pesto until fully combined. Spread onto each naan round.
  • Layer the bread with cheese, tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted peppers, ham and cheese on top.
  • Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray, cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
  • Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles and chips.
