Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Pesto sauce
- 4 slices Naan Sandwich Rounds
- 2 slices Fresh mozzarella halved
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
- 2 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 2 Pickle spears
- 1 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl mix the mayo and pesto until fully combined. Spread onto each naan round.
- Layer the bread with cheese, tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted peppers, ham and cheese on top.
- Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray, cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles and chips.
