Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Green olives chopped
- 4 Ciabatta rolls cut in half
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the mayo and olives.
- Spread the mayo on the ciabatta, lay down the tomato and season with salt and pepper. Layer the spinach, ham, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve.
