Ham Gruyere Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Green olives chopped
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls cut in half
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the mayo and olives.
  • Spread the mayo on the ciabatta, lay down the tomato and season with salt and pepper. Layer the spinach, ham, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve.
