Ingredients
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Gouda cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown, but still somewhat soft.
- Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with lettuce, ham and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cheese.
- Cut in half. Serve with pickles and chips.
